About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join the team at Truth or Dare Rooftop Bar. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of bartending experience, strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and other beverages to a high standard
- Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service to guests
- Demonstrate good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage offerings
- Take orders accurately and make appropriate drink recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene of the bar area
- Ensure proper bar opening, closing, and daily setup procedures
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and stock-taking
- Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
- Follow responsible alcohol service, food safety, and workplace safety standards
Requirements
- 2-4 years of bartending experience in a bar or club environment
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and bar operations
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable engaging with guests
- Able to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Well-groomed and reliable
