Bartender / Front of House (Full Time)

Join as a Full-Time Bartender/Front Of House at a casual restaurant in Jalan Besar, delivering excellent customer service and sharing a passion for craft beers.

Job Scope:

FOH & Bar Operations

• Oversee daily Front of House and Bar Operations to ensure smooth & efficient service
• Prepare sufficient misen-en place and ensure availability at all times
• Prepare and serve beverages (alcholic & non)
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies

Customer Engagement & Experience

• Deliver an engaging and memorable experience for guests
• Provide food & drink recommendations based on customer preferences
• Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently

Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate supplies orders.

Transactions & Payments

• Ensure accurate transactions on POS, payments and reporting

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years F&B experience in a FOH or Bar role
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kegs (up to 30L kegs) required
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Minimum basic proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions and Schedule
5-day work week including weekends and Public Holidays (with leave-in-lieu entitlement)
