Job Description

We are passionate about coffee. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our caf in the vibrant Punggol Digital District (PDD). As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of coffee preparation, a friendly demeanour, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

. Deliver excellent customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional means.

. Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.

. Crafting a variety of delicious beverages according to recipe with precision and consistency.

. Be knowledgeable about the current beverage trends, offerings and preparation techniques.

. Ensure food safety in accordance with the food safety guidelines.

. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf, including workstation and seating areas.

. Maintain stock inventory and restocking supplies.

. Collaborating with team members and contributing to a positive working environment.

Requirements

. Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.

. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art skills are a plus.

. Possess outgoing personality to interact with customers.

. Positive attitude and team player mentality.

. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

. Possess a valid food hygiene certification

Compensation

. Full Time: Salary ranges from $2,300 to $2,700
