The Role
We're looking for enthusiastic Baristas / Smoothie Associates to bring energy, consistency, and care to our caf. Whether crafting recovery-boosting smoothies or specialty drinks, you'll be the friendly face our members interact with daily. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a wellness-focused community.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Experience
-Prepare and serve smoothies, coffee, and other beverages consistently and to high standards.
- Deliver exceptional member service-warm, welcoming, and attentive.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe caf environment at all times.
- Engage with members, share product knowledge, and enhance the overall Ice Faction experience.

Operations & Teamwork
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Assist in caf setup, daily opening/closing routines, and equipment upkeep.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth, efficient caf operations.
- Support other club areas when needed, fostering a collaborative environment.

Health & Safety
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all operational standards, including equipment handling and cleaning.

Requirements
- Previous caf, smoothie bar, or barista experience preferred but not required.
- Passionate about wellness, recovery, and delivering great service.
- Energetic, friendly, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, able to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as needed
- Food Hygiene certification
