- Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure smooth and timely approvals.
- Serve as the main contact point for client queries, providing clear guidance and quick solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them updated on application progress.
- Monitor and track referrals from different banking units and sales channels.
- Compile and present weekly reports on sales performance and onboarding status.
- Handle document checks, system records, and other administrative tasks to ensure compliance.
- Support the sales team in daily operations and coordination efforts.
- Develop solid knowledge of banking products and services to better assist clients.
- Assist with projects, reporting, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Dip/Deg holder with prior admin working experience.
