Banking Analyst (6 Months Contract) #NKC

Collaborate with users across multiple international locations to gather, analyse, and standardise business requirements for core banking system enhancements

Ensure requirements are aligned with global banking standards and local regulatory needs

Conduct business impact analysis by documenting as-is processes and identifying improvement opportunities

Design to-be processes aligned with new system capabilities and operational efficiency goals

Review functional specification documents (FSD) and provide feedback to ensure alignment with business requirements

Coordinate and support testing activities, including development and execution of test cases based on requirements and FSDs

Manage and track test cases, defects, and enhancement requests using JIRA

Monitor issue status (e.g. in progress, blocked, resolved) and ensure timely closure

Facilitate defect triage discussions with IT and business stakeholders

Monitor and report testing progress and defect resolution through dashboards and reports

Assist in preparing, documenting, and processing change requests, including impact assessment and approvals

Support post-production rollout activities, including issue resolution and user support

Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution

Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and system performance
