Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager who will drive business outcomes by owning the product lifecycle end-to-end — from problem definition to product release and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business users, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders and users to identify, analyze, and define business and system requirements.
Conduct product conceptualization sessions to elicit and refine requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear user stories for development teams.
Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring continuous prioritization and refinement.
Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
Create proposals to secure funding and justify resource allocation.
Collaborate with developers and UX designers to design, build, test, and release products.
Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, coordination, and tracking progress.
Monitor product performance using dashboards and continuously iterate based on insights.
Manage stakeholder expectations, project scope, and handle escalations effectively.
Identify process gaps and drive business process improvements.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
Prepare project status reports and communication materials.
Engage with end users to drive product adoption and gather feedback for enhancements.

Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager in software development projects.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and user story creation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Ability to facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder discussions.

Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CSPO), or CBAP.
Experience in UX collaboration and product design processes.
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
Responsibility:

· Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals.
· Work with designers, software engineers to develop, test and release product.
· Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes.
· Engage with and support users to drive product adoption.
