Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup, integration, testing, and configuration of complex AV systems while ensuring all installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Provide advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to resolve AV issues and support seamless live events and high-level meetings.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, system checks, and firmware updates while recommending improvements based on performance analysis.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders, providing clear consultation and submitting detailed service reports and recommendations.
- Guide junior engineers through system setups and troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with best practices, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Audio Visual Technology, Electronics, IT, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience in AV installation, operations, and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, including displays, projectors, DSPs, microphones, and video conferencing solutions.
- Proficiency in AV networking fundamentals such as VLANs, IP routing, Dante, and AV-over-IP technologies.
