Job Summary
You will be working with our client who are well renowned in the public and financial sector. You will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle by defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget; managing schedules, risks, and dependencies; coordinating with internal teams and external vendors; ensuring quality and governance; communicating with stakeholders; and driving continuous improvement through reviews and lessons learned.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget.
- Create and maintain project schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Ensure alignment of deliverables and priorities across internal teams and external vendors.
- Track and manage internal teams deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure milestones and quality standards are met.
- Act as the primary liaison for business and technical stakeholders.
- Deliver status updates, dashboards, and executivelevel presentations.
- Escalate risks, delays, or dependencies proactively to ensure project success.
- Apply best practices in project governance and reporting, maintaining transparency at all levels.
- Enforce quality checkpoints for deliverables from Technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct postimplementation reviews and lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in managing network infrastructure projects in enterprise environments.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel (for analysis, RAID tracking, dashboards) and PowerPoint (for stakeholder and executive presentations).
- Use RAID logs, RACI matrices, Gantt charts, burndown charts, and dashboards to track progress and responsibilities.
- Strong ability to manage internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Familiarity with network technologies (WAN, LAN, load balancers, firewalls) to enable effective collaboration and discussions with technical leads (non-hands-on).
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet.
- Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, SAFe, or ITIL are advantageous
