Job Summary
Provide expert employment law advice to international clients, lead complex restructuring projects, and support business growth through strategic legal counsel and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Advise international clients on individual and collective employment law matters as a trusted day-to-day legal advisor
- Lead employment law workstreams in complex restructurings, reorganisations, and cross-border transactions to ensure compliance and effective outcomes
- Draft, negotiate, and implement employment agreements and advise on employee participation to support client business objectives
- Guide clients through compliance investigations and sensitive HR-related issues to mitigate risks and uphold legal standards
- Supervise and mentor trainees and junior lawyers to develop team expertise and promote knowledge sharing
- Support business development initiatives by maintaining and strengthening long-term client relationships through proactive legal counsel
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completion of a law degree with above-average results
- Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an internationally oriented law firm
- Proven ability to independently manage complex mandates and provide commercially focused legal advice
- Strong business writing and communication skills to effectively convey legal concepts and recommendations
- High level of commitment, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently with a structured approach
