What you'll do:

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver custom experiential learning solutions for leadership, strategy, finance, and innovation.
• Manage and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional projects and cross-selling BTS solutions.
• Grow local/regional revenues in Southeast Asia by increasing share of wallet within existing clients.
• Facilitate senior-level workshops for regional and global clients.
• Collaborate across BTS practices and regions to bring the best thinking to our clients.
• Be a subject matter expert in leadership and management solutions.
• This person will be in Singapore and travel regularly, mainly across Asia.

What we're looking for:

• With at least 10 years experience of proven experience in designing and delivering talent solutions, with a strong emphasis on leadership development
• Track record in selling consulting services and growing client accounts across multiple industries.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with executive-level presence.
• Ability to conceptualize and sell a vision, then co-create effective solutions with clients.
• Highly organized and commercially savvy, with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple high-value projects.
• Fluency in English and additional Asian languages an advantage.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, ideally in Asia.
• Alignment with BTS values - client-centric, entrepreneurial, and collaborative.
