Technical Director/Associate (C&S Consultancy)

As part of their ongoing growth, they are now seeking a Technical Director/Associate to join their leadership team. This role will be key in upholding technical excellence, leading engineering teams, and play a pivotal role in business growth.

What you will do
- Provide technical leadership and ensure design solutions meet client requirements, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on technical matters.
- Review, approve, and sign off on key engineering designs, reports, and submissions.
- Drive innovation, technical quality, and best practices across all projects.
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues that arise during design and construction phases.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the firm, including identifying new opportunities and expanding service offerings.
- Monitor industry trends, innovations, and regulatory changes, ensuring the firm remains competitive and compliant.
What you will need
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Must be a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with PEB Singapore
- Possess minimum 8 years of relevant experience in an Engineering Design Consultancy
- Preferably possess experience with building projects but open to those with infrastructure projects experience
- Open to sign off as a Professional Engineer (PE) for projects when needed, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ideally possess some leadership experience/in guiding junior engineers
- Strong technical expertise in civil and structural engineering, with knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
