RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER (C&S)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and safety requirements
• Monitor contractors work quality, progress, and adherence to project schedule
• Prepare and maintain site records, inspection reports, and progress documentation
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders on all technical and site matters
• Scope of Work: Addition & Alteration (A&A) works to the existing Station and construction of a new 5-level underground station

Requirements:

• Recognised Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering (as accepted by BCA / IES / ACES)
• Valid RTO registration with IES/BCA
• LTA Minimum 8 years of relevant site supervision experience (MRT, underground, or structural works experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to work rotational shift
