- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Conduct stakeholder discussions to understand business processes and pain points
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment
- Support solution design by working closely with architects, developers, and QA teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, etc.)
- Create and maintain:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Process maps (As-Is and To-Be)
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning, execution, and defect tracking
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable value
- Support change management and release activities, including documentation and communication
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
- 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
- Domain knowledge (Banking / Finance etc.) is a plus
- Strong requirement elicitation and documentation skills
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools such as:
- Jira / Confluence
- MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of:
- APIs, databases, and system integrations
