Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 6-9 years of relevant experience in System Analysis, with equivalent experience in the Cards functional domain and card payment networks (Banking).
- Hands-on experience with Vision Plus is preferred.
- Working knowledge of credit/debit card and loan processing, including delinquency, charge-off and write-off, and card transaction dispute processes.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
