- Supervise crew replacement (incl. Trainees, Supernumeraries & OBM) planning and finally approve arrangements on respective vessels asper existed procedure.
- Implementation and monitoring of vessel's compliance to company's drug & alcohol policy.
- Monitoring of crew mental welfare, physical health and on-board entertainment amenities.
- To report Section Head/Manning Operation Team-any crew related concern.
- Arrangement of Uniform and CTM upon Master request.
- Supervise Ship's Account report and provision/bond store management on respective vessels. Verification of all crew related vendor invoices, GSA, OD.
- Quarterly Statement and Budget preparation.
- Carry out vessel visitation under normal situation for vessel's calling Singapore to meet and interact with Master and crew.
- To verify crew related reports in PAL and crew documentationin Shipmate system.
- Appraisal management and control for respective vessel crew.
- MSMC and GC/LC supervision and arrangements for respectivevessels.
- Handling of crew related P&I claim for respectivevessel.
- Maintain applicable records in good order (hard & softcopy - as required).
- Assistance in preparing various crew related instructions/circular etc to be shared within the fleet.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of management-level experience in crewing operations, preferably within a reputable ship management company or manning agency.
- Skills: Strong numerical aptitude, proficiency in PC applications and a foundational understanding of accounting principles.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in maritime is preferred however, a diploma may be considered
- Additional Assets: Prior sailing experience is advantageous.
