Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to manage accounting, logistics coordination, HR support, and general administrative duties, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes to maintain accurate financial transactions
- Enter accounting data accurately and maintain up-to-date financial records for reporting and compliance
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) to support procurement and inventory management
- Coordinate freight and logistics arrangements with overseas and China suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Support HR and payroll administration by maintaining staff records and processing salaries efficiently
- Assist with GST submission by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Generate regular financial, operational, and ad-hoc reports to inform management decisions
- Provide general administrative support and complete ad-hoc tasks to facilitate smooth office operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Excel for financial data management
- Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience fresh graduates with strong aptitude are welcome
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with overseas and China suppliers
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
