Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments with residents and stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery
- Clearly explain work scope and provide regular updates to customers to maintain transparency and trust
- Manage enquiries, complaints, and rescheduling requests promptly to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction
- Assist in preparing and organizing documentation and reports to support project tracking and compliance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers and stakeholders
- Customer service experience preferred to enhance responsiveness and problem-solving in client interactions
