We are looking for a Finance professional to support a broad range of financial functions, including reporting, compliance, operational processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate financial management and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Operations
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including banking and treasury-related activities
- Process invoices, billings, and payments accurately and within established timelines
- Maintain up-to-date records of banking arrangements, including authorized signatories and contact details
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain and update full sets of accounts, including preparation of supporting schedules and working papers
- Prepare financial statements and coordinate with external auditors to facilitate timely completion of audits
- Manage corporate tax matters, including liaising with tax advisors and reviewing tax computations
Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by working with various departments on financial projections
- Consolidate financial data and prepare management reports, including analysis of budget variances
Corporate Administration Support
- Assist with administration of bank and custodian accounts, including account setup, closure, and updates to signing authorities
Projects & Process Improvement
- Participate in finance-related projects, including system enhancements and workflow improvements
- Support the development and implementation of tools to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy
Additional Responsibilities
- Undertake other duties as required to support the finance function
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience maintaining full sets of accounts
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Interest or experience in finance systems, automation, or process improvement initiatives
- Experience in a listed company environment is preferred
