Salary Range: $4,000 - $4,300

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and approve crew replacement planning, including trainees, supernumeraries, and other crew members, in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure vessel compliance with company policies on drug and alcohol use, while monitoring crew mental well-being, physical health, and onboard welfare.
- Report crew-related matters and concerns to the Section Head and Manning Operations Team.
- Arrange uniforms and Cash to Master (CTM) upon requests from the Master.
- Supervise Ship's Accounts, including provisions and bond store management for assigned vessels.
- Verify crew-related vendor invoices, disbursements, and service agreements, and assist in quarterly statements and budget preparation.
- Conduct vessel visits in Singapore to meet and interact with Masters and crew when required.
- Review and verify crew-related reports and maintain accurate documentation in crewing management systems.
- Manage crew appraisals and performance records for assigned vessels.
- Oversee certification and documentation arrangements to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Handle crew-related Protection and Indemnity (P&I) claims.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in both hard and soft copy formats.
- Assist in preparing and disseminating crew-related circulars and instructions across the fleet.
Requirements
- 3 years of management-level experience in crewing operations within a reputable ship management company or manning agency.
- Strong numerical aptitude, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Prior sailing experience will be an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced maritime environment.
