Drive business growth by identifying and developing opportunities in F&B, hospitality, and central kitchen sectors. Deliver tailored kitchen equipment solutions through client presentations, sales negotiations, and project coordination to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within F&B, hospitality, and central kitchen sectors to expand market presence
- Promote and sell kitchen equipment and solutions by effectively communicating product benefits to clients
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and address client needs
- Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored equipment solutions to meet their operational goals
- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries to advance sales processes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance metrics
- Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
- Provide after-sales support to resolve issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
- Experience in kitchen equipment, F&B, or related industries is advantageous
- Proficient communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence client decisions
- Self-motivated and sales-driven with the ability to work independently
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Possession of own transport is advantageous but not mandatory
