Our client is a leading multinational fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company, and this role sits within their rapidly expanding Pet Care portfolio. You'll be at the forefront of their business, responsible for overseeing and growing their brands across the ASEAN region.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Distribution Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners across ASEAN. You'll work closely with them to develop and execute sales plans that achieve ambitious targets.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns tailored to local markets. From digital activations to in-store promotions, you'll ensure the brand message resonates with pet owners.
- Market Analysis: Stay on top of market trends and competitor activities. Use your insights to identify new opportunities for growth and ensure the products remain competitive.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness. You'll analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize the strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 5+ experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the FMCG or pet care industry.
- Experience with regional sales management and distributor management, particularly in the ASEAN market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
