Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
Design and oversee digital marketing plans including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
Articulate value propositions for both online and offline collaterals to raise consumer awareness and influence consumer preference for our product/menu offerings
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Undertake market intelligence and consumer insights projects, via a range of medium and platforms, to stay informed and abreast of trends and developments in the F&B sector
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Conduct outlet briefings for major marketing campaigns
Job Requirements
Diploma and above in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
5 to 8 years relevant working experiences preferably in F&B industry
In-depth knowledge in Singapore F&B market with keen insights and organization/planning management
Familiar with international and China F&B branding, and its marketing/PR strategies
Strong in planning and executing marketing programs, methods of multimedia channels and publicity of our brands
Strong written and oral communications skills
Resilience in meeting tight deadlines and concurrently handling different marketing campaigns
Ability to work with cross-cultural teams and groups internationally
