we are looking for Restaurant Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally
Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations
Manage inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
Control operational costs and improve overall restaurant profitability
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed daily
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient workflow
Assist in planning promotions, marketing activities, and special events
Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or restaurant management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and night shifts when required
Good problem-solving and team management skills
Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and basic inventory management preferred
Working Hours:
6 days work week, including weekends and public holidays
