Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in managing High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client relationships.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients on day-to-day servicing matters.
Assist with client onboarding, account opening, account maintenance, and periodic reviews.
Prepare and follow up on KYC, AML, CDD, FATCA, CRS, and regulatory documentation.
Ensure client records and documentation are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.
Process and monitor client transactions including investments, FX, deposits, transfers, and securities trading instructions.
Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Credit, Investment Advisory, Product Specialists, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate client requests.
Prepare portfolio reviews, investment proposals, client meeting materials, and presentation decks.
Support RMs in identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and grow wallet share.
Assist with credit and lending activities, including Lombard facilities and credit documentation.
Monitor outstanding client requests and ensure timely resolution of queries.
Maintain high service standards and deliver an excellent client experience.
Conduct account monitoring and ensure adherence to risk and compliance policies.
Support business management activities including revenue tracking, pipeline updates, and management reporting.
Participate in client events and support business development initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
CACS Paper 1 & 2 certified
Prior experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Consumer Banking, or Financial Services.
Strong understanding of KYC, AML, CDD, FATCA, and MAS regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with wealth management products including mutual funds, bonds, structured products, equities, FX, and discretionary portfolios.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client servicing skills.
Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and banking platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
