We are looking for driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Project Executives for a fast-growing book and media publishing agency. This role is ideal for someone who loves content, stories, books, and the creative process, and thrives in a dynamic environment where excellence and speed matter.

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project management for multiple book, media, and content production timelines.
- Coordinate with writers, editors, designers, printers, videographers, and other stakeholders to ensure all milestones are met.
- Track progress, manage schedules, and ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
- Oversee documentation, SOPs, filing, and follow-ups with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist with launches, events, and marketing rollouts related to books and media projects.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth execution of monthly goals.
Requirements
- Singaporean citizen
- Able to work on-site, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm
- Highly meticulous, organised, and attentive to detail
- Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Passionate about books, content creation, storytelling, and the publishing process
- Comfortable working towards monthly targets
- Reliable, proactive, and committed
Preferred Qualities
- Entrepreneurial or growth mindset
- Experience in media, content, publishing, or project coordination is an advantage
- Adaptable and resourceful; able to solve problems independently
- Bonus: Able to travel for work engagements when required
