Project Oversight: Support the PM in managing the overall project timeline, ensuring all phases are completed on schedule.
Communication: Act as the central communication link between the Contractor, Sub-Contractors, and the Client/Consultant. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
Documentation: Manage and maintain all project records, reports, and change orders.
Risk Control: Proactively identify and report project risks, especially schedule delays or quality issues.
Technical Familiarity: Possess a basic understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) architecture and key components (controllers, field devices).
Sub-Contractor Management: Manage the BMS Sub-Contractor's schedule for design, procurement (long-lead items), installation, and the critical Testing & Commissioning (T&C) phase.
Site Quality: Monitor on-site installation quality for BMS cabling and device mounting.
Relevant degree (Engineering preferred).
