Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Assistant Project Manager based in Singapore, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Assistant Project Manager will support project planning, scheduling, and execution by coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Responsibilities include assisting in expediting processes, managing logistics, overseeing inspections, and collaborating with teams to ensure project requirements are fulfilled efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Expeditor and Expediting tasks to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
  • Proficiency in Project Management, with the ability to manage timelines and oversee project workflows
  • Skills in Inspection and quality verification to ensure compliance with required standards
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management and supply chain coordination processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is an advantage
