Role Description
This part-time hybrid role, based in Singapore, involves working some days onsite and others remotely. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support project execution and coordination, expedite deliverables, oversee inspections, and manage logistics for project activities. You will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met effectively and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor tasks for ensuring timely delivery of project requirements
- Strong skills in Project Management and Inspection to oversee project progress and maintain standards
- Experience in Logistics Management to streamline transportation and supply chain processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities in a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with hybrid working models and the ability to manage tasks effectively in remote and on-site settings
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is an advantage
- Relevant certification in project management, such as PMP, is a plus
