Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, offering a mix of on-site responsibilities and work-from-home flexibility. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in coordinating and monitoring project activities to ensure timely delivery and successful execution. You will support project planning, facilitate communication between teams, and ensure the alignment of projects with organizational goals. Additional tasks include managing schedules, overseeing logistics, and providing progress updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Expediting and working as an Expeditor
  • Experience in Project Management and Inspection processes
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management and coordination
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in supply chain or project-based environments is a plus
