Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Assistant Project Manager based in Singapore, with some flexibility to work from home. The Assistant Project Manager will oversee project schedules, coordinate with team members, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Responsibilities include handling communication with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, supporting expediting and inspection processes, and contributing to effective logistics management to facilitate efficient project execution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities, ensuring project tasks are completed on time.
  • Experience in Project Management and coordinating diverse teams to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
  • Knowledge of Inspection protocols and practices to maintain quality standards.
  • Familiarity with Logistics Management processes to ensure smooth transportation and delivery of materials and resources.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
