Serves as a critical link between on-site operations and overall project management, ensuring efficient execution, adherence to quality and safety standards and continuous improvement in project delivery.
Monitor and review the master construction program, prepare catch-up plans and adjust site schedules to minimize delays, thereby ensuring timely project delivery.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to manage manpower, materials and equipment efficiently, optimizing resource utilization for enhanced productivity.
Collaborate with the technical team and consultants to resolve drawing discrepancies and on-site technical challenges before work commencement.
Assist in preparing preliminary budgets and monitor cost reports to ensure project expenses remain within forecasted limits, contributing to overall project profitability.
Review method statements, risk assessments, and work instructions, enforce compliance with quality and safety standards, driving improvements in work processes and minimizing risks.
Prepare, maintain and present detailed progress reports and site documentation for internal review and stakeholder communication.
Facilitate regular meetings with site personnel, subcontractors and consultants to communicate project status, clarify issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Identify potential risks and inefficiencies on-site, propose and implement process improvements and contribute strategic insights that support enhanced project delivery and overall operational excellence.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
Job Requirements:
Possess bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction related degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in completed condominium or large projects as Project Manager
Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
