Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Liaise with consultants, contractors & authorities on project

Ensure timely and smooth progress of works

Carry out inspections when required, according to ISO/OHSAS requirements

Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Able to communicate and interact with people of all levels

Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry

Able to foresee and circumvent risk appropriately

Ability to collaboratively lead teams able to delegate tasks and follow up
