Conduct project feasibility studies, market research and make presentations on development concepts and preliminary programmes
Plan, oversee, coordinate and manage Project Consultants, Main contractors, Sub-contractors and other Stakeholders to ensure timely and responsible completion of projects
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets and expenses, ensuring effective cost control from inception to project completion
Assist in the selection of contractors and suppliers, including tender evaluation and recommendation.
Monitor project progress and operations, including quality assurance, safety compliance and adherence to standards.
Liaise with relevant authorities to resolve project development and technical issues.
Manage defects, coordinate with the project team and contractors on rectification works during the Defects Liability Period.
Conduct pre-inspections of units prior to TOP and handover to purchasers.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure compliance of all project systems and processes with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Oversee project close-out activities and documentation.
Perform other project-related or ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Real Estate Management, Structural or M&E Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore and overseas, with exposure to both property development and property/asset management preferred.
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of structural works and regulatory compliance
