Assistant Project Manager (Electrical)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team in the M&E trade. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering and experience in building projects. This role involves managing project aspects, ensuring budget compliance, and assisting senior management with financial monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Fully responsible for overseeing project execution from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

Financial Monitoring:

• Monitor project cash flow and disbursements to ensure adherence to the budget.
• Assist management and the Senior Project Manager in tracking accounts receivable related to the projects.

Reporting:

• Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting progress and potential issues.
• Assist in developing project plans and schedules.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 to 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in building projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
