About the Job

• Ensuring the business operates within the company's mission statement
• Design and build our operations infrastructure
• Design and implement operations workflow processes and improvements
• Ensure order processing and execution is done seamlessly
• Ensure effective planning and execution of operations
• Analyze statistics
• Provide development and improvement in the short term and long term operations performed
• Cost and defects tracking
• Involvement in day-to-day operations
• Manage a team of operational staff from dispatch to warehouse

The Ideal Candidate

• 5-10 years experience in operation management in F&B/Retail/E-commerce/FMCG environment
• Good knowledge of different business function
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and rapid-growth environment
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills

• Proactive and highly organised
• Good stakeholder management skills
