Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Assistant Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team in the Central region of Singapore. The successful candidate will support the Nurse Manager in overseeing nursing operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and guiding a team of nurses in their daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Nurse Manager in overseeing and coordinating nursing operations.
- Supervise and mentor nurses to maintain quality patient care standards.
- Support the development and implementation of nursing policies and best practices.
- Monitor patient care outcomes and assist in service improvements.
- Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and management teams.
- Assist in staff scheduling, manpower planning, and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, audits, and reporting.
Requirements
- Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Registered Nurse with valid SNB (Singapore Nursing Board) license.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of clinical experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

Salary Range: SGD 6,500 - 7,000 per month
