As our Assistant Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in driving enrolment, parent engagement, and brand growth by bringing our preschool brands to life through strategic brand storytelling, product marketing, and performance-led campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Drive brand and product strategy develop and execute marketing plans that strengthen brand positioning, support programme launches, and drive measurable enrolment growth.
  • Lead integrated campaigns plan and implement multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, and offline platforms, balancing creativity with performance accountability.
  • Shape social and content strategy lead social media planning, content conceptualisation, and storytelling across channels. Manage content creation in-house or through agencies to ensure engaging, brand-aligned, and timely execution.
  • Optimise media and performance manage media planning, budget allocation, and campaign optimisation to ensure every initiative delivers strong ROI.
  • Activate parent engagement support centre visibility through local marketing, events, and referral programmes that build loyalty and advocacy.
  • Collaborate for impact work closely with Performance Marketing, Creative, and Curriculum teams to align brand storytelling with data-driven results and pedagogical goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 68 years of marketing experience, with strong expertise across brand, product, and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record in planning, executing, and optimising campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong grasp of media planning, optimisation, and budget management, with the ability to interpret insights and market trends to guide smart, ROI-focused decisions.
  • Creative and strategic thinker who can blend storytelling with performance metrics to build brands that inspire trust and drive results.
  • Experienced in agency management, with the ability to brief, evaluate, and optimise partnerships for performance and impact.
  • A collaborative, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
  • Experience in the early childhood education sector is an advantage.
