We are a Singapore-based startup preparing to launch a new AI product, and we're looking for a hands-on Marketing Strategy Manager / Assistant Manager to shape our go-to-market plans and build a strong brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for our AI product (positioning, target audience, messaging).
- Build and strengthen the brand image and reputation in the market (brand story, brand voice, consistency across channels).
- Plan and oversee digital campaigns (social media, email, content, basic performance marketing) to drive awareness and credibility.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and refine strategy.
- Monitor brand-related feedback (social channels, communities, reviews) and suggest actions to protect and enhance brand reputation.
- Track and report key marketing metrics (awareness, leads, conversions, campaign performance).
Requirements
- 4-7 years of relevant marketing experience (B2C or B2B tech / SaaS / AI experience is a plus).
- Proven experience in brand building / brand reputation management (for a product, startup or business line).
- Strong in marketing strategy, positioning, and campaign planning.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment: independent, proactive, and execution focused.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
