- Assist in monitoring vessel operations and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Support the Senior Superintendents in conducting audits and inspections of vessels.
- Help maintain operational documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in crew training programs and safety meetings.
- Collaborate with various departments to support maintenance schedules and operational planning.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports on vessel performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
- Engage in problem-solving discussions and assist in implementing improvements.
Requirement
- Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in the maritime industry, preferably in a supervisory or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of marine operations and safety regulations.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to travel for vessel inspections and audits.
