The Assistant Manager, Talent Attraction is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract top talent to our organization. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping our frontline workforce by attracting, engaging, and hiring quality talent efficiently—without compromising on candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to attract and recruit qualified candidates that align with company objectives
- Lead end-to-end volume recruitment efforts across multiple functions and locations
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines
- Manage and optimise recruitment channels (job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, career fairs)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring timelines
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and quality candidates
- Participate in career fairs, networking sessions, and outreach events to build a strong talent pipeline
- Actively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, building and nurturing pipelines for critical roles
- Experiment with new and unconventional ways to attract talent, continuously testing and refining approaches
- Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for the organization, showcasing its reputation and value proposition to attract potential candidates.
- Stay informed on healthcare regulations and industry best practices that affect the recruitment process
- Analyse recruitment data to improve time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and conversion rates
- Spearhead or take part in company projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or relevant work experience is required
- 5–6 years of experience in volume hiring, bulk recruitment, or agency recruitment
- Knowledge of healthcare or community care sector is an advantage
- Strong sourcing skills with a proactive and creative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
