What You Will Be Working On
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process and work with various stakeholders on recruitment and selection activities.
- Review, implement and expand recruitment drives to attract high-quality talents.
- Partner with recruitment agencies to help support and administer rewards and benefits related matters for temporary staff, ensuring compliance with policies and contractual obligations.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and outreach activities, to position JTC as employer of choice.
- Review and assess HR processes and systems and initiate relevant changes and process improvements.
What We Are Looking For
- Background in Human Resources or other relevant disciplines
- Possess minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in HR, recruitment or employer branding
You should also be: - an Effective Communicator –> You communicate clearly and concisely through written and spoken language, and are comfortable interacting with all stakeholders to get them to understand your perspective
- Analytical –> You have the ability to visualize and articulate complex problems and see a situation from different points of view
