The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll operate like a trusted recruitment partner to your clients, owning the full hiring cycle end-to-end. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role suited for someone with grit, commercial instinct, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
You will:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing to offer closure
- Source candidates via job ads, headhunting, market mapping, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships
- Conduct interviews, coordinate client interviews, negotiate offers, and manage follow-ups
- Continuously build and maintain a high-quality talent database
- Deliver against hiring targets while maintaining quality and professionalism
Senior Consultants will also:
- Mentor and guide junior consultants
- Contribute to team performance and leadership initiatives
- Play a key role in growing and shaping the team
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience (Senior profiles with mentoring or leadership exposure will be considered for leadership roles)
- Strong interest in sales, closing, and relationship management
- Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
- Able to take initiative, manage priorities, and commit to results
