Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and proper HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide HR advice to staff and managers.
- Process payroll and statutory submissions (e.g. CPF) accurately and on time.
- Prepare HR reports and support performance management and employee development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial experience.
- Good knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
