Job Responsibilities
Customer Account Management
- Act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery, and supply issues.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally to ensure timely resolution and high satisfaction.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc updates on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.
Planning & Supply Chain Coordination
- Monitor production schedules to ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for missed targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and overall supply chain performance.
