Step into an exciting role at BIRKENSTOCK as an HR Specialist (m/f/d), where you will shape our retail workforce through end-to-end recruitment while supporting vital HR operations and fostering an exceptional employee experience.

YOUR SHOES TO FILL

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle for retail roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • HR Administration & Documentation: Maintain employee records in HRIS systems and ensure accurate HR documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal policies.
  • HR Operations & Onboarding: Support core HR processes including leave administration, payroll preparation, benefits coordination, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Employee Relations & HR Initiatives: Contribute to employee engagement, training initiatives, HR reporting, and exit interviews to support a positive workplace culture.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE

  • Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience with exposure to both recruitment and HR administration.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Recruitment & HR Systems Expertise: Experience with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, Glassdoor) and familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Skills & Working Style: Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Engaged, positive, and hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Industry & Market Knowledge: Experience in luxury retail recruitment and understanding of Singapore labor laws or the Southeast Asia HR market is highly desirable.
