You will be part of a Strategic HR team driving talent attraction initiatives and workforce pipeline strategies to support the growth of the healthcare sector. This role focuses on building sustainable recruitment strategies, strengthening employer branding, and partnering with stakeholders to attract healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent attraction and recruitment strategies to strengthen workforce pipelines across healthcare job families.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and HR teams to support manpower planning and recruitment initiatives.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice within the healthcare sector.
- Explore and implement innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment channels to expand talent pools.
- Build relationships with industry partners and relevant stakeholders to support long-term talent attraction efforts.
- Review and enhance recruitment policies, processes, and candidate engagement strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
- Analyse recruitment trends, hiring performance, and workforce data to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare recruitment reports, workforce analytics, and presentation materials for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support recruitment campaigns, outreach events, and talent engagement initiatives.
- Support process improvement and workforce development projects within the Strategic HR function.
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related disciplines.
- At least 6-8 years of relevant HR or talent acquisition experience, preferably within healthcare or large-scale recruitment environments.
- Experience recruiting for healthcare-related job families will be advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills across multiple levels of the organization.
- Resourceful, analytical, and able to manage strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
