About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Capability Trainer to design and deliver structured training programmes to enhance sales effectiveness, product knowledge, and advisory competencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver structured training programmes using blended learning methodologies
- Develop competency frameworks and assessment tools to support capability development
- Facilitate onboarding and structured training programmes for new hires
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously enhance learning outcomes
- Develop e-learning modules and support digital learning initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and align training interventions
- Monitor and report training KPIs and programme effectiveness
- Ensure training programmes align with regulatory and internal requirements
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- CMFAS M5, M9, M9A (and relevant certifications) is required
- 3–6 years of experience in training, learning & development, or capability building
- Experience in financial services or an insurance environment preferred
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness
