Job Summary
The job is responsible for the development, implementation and administration of total rewards programs for PaxOcean Group, and provide HR data insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the total reward system for the PaxOcean Group to ensure alignment with Kuok Group Singapore Rewards policies.
- Manage the regular review of Compensation and Benefits (C&B) policies, including salary benchmarking exercises and benefits reviews to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with organisation objectives.
- Assist in the planning and conducting of the performance appraisal and job evaluation exercises for the Group.
- Prepare management reports and analyse HR data and metrics to keep abreast with the latest HR practices and trends.
- Review and manage the annual budget exercises and monitor headcount costing to support the business operations.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and related labour laws
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Experience in analysing data, identifying trends and making data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous and attentive to details
- Possess pro-active mindset and is results-oriented
- Professional with high integrity and credibility.
Education
Bachelors in Human Resources or Business Administration
