Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment and employee onboarding while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws. Support employee relations, performance management and HR reporting to drive effective human resource operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment by posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews to secure qualified talent
- Conduct employee onboarding, complete documentation, and facilitate orientation for smooth integration
- Maintain and update employee records accurately in compliance with Singapore regulations to ensure data integrity
- Process payroll support tasks, track leave records, and monitor attendance to support timely compensation
- Ensure adherence to Ministry of Manpower regulations and company policies to maintain legal compliance
- Address employee relations issues, respond to inquiries, and manage disciplinary processes to foster a positive work environment
- Support performance management and coordinate training activities to enhance employee development
- Assist in preparing HR reports and perform administrative tasks to support HR operations
- Apply knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM guidelines to inform HR practices
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with employees and stakeholders to facilitate HR processes
- Use Microsoft Office applications proficiently to manage HR documentation and reporting
- Handle confidential information with attention to detail and maintain organized records to protect employee privacy
